How Setup Works

• We'll send you a checklist of documents to assemble (EIN letter, other business documents) and we'll have a call with you so that we can enter info into your  ShopifyPlus store.
• We'll have a second call to connect your ShopifyPlus store with Gorgias for us to handle online order customer service for you and to Bloomereach for us to do the marketing for you. 

IT Requirements

• A dedicated email address on your domain, so something like katie@laurelandbee.com NOT just laurelandbee@gmail.com that can be used to send order confirmations and automatically forward customer service inquiries to Gorgias. 
  
  You don't need to manage anything with that email, but you do need access to a mailbox to confirm access during setup. It should be an email that is not used for anything else. 
  
  
• Login info for your domain registrar and/or manager. That is the area where your domain is managed like GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Bluehost, etc. 

Because many businesses that will benefit from the Certified ShopifyPlus online Garden Center do not always have dedicated IT support, we have created a one-time add-on package to allow us to help you create and verify your domain email, create necessary subdomains, and add all necessary domain records. This is $499 and will not be included in your yearly renewal.
