This IT Support Add-On is to provide support for local, independent businesses that might not have access to dedicated IT support.

This package includes our help and support to:

• Create and configure a domain-based email account and connecting it to GoogleWorkspace or Office365 for you. Once this account is created and emails are set up, you'll be able to use domain based email for the rest of your business!
  
  
• Create and configure a subdomain for the send-from email for Bloomreach (your managed marketing included with your Certified ShopifyPlus Online Garden Center package).
  
  
• Create and configure a subdomain for your shop to live on if you don't want it to be your primary domain. For example, if you'd like your store to live on an address like shop.myawesomegardencenter.com because you already have a website on myawesomegardencenter.com, you'll need a subdomain.
  
  
• Troubleshoot any specifics with your domain registrar.

This is $499 and will not be included in your yearly renewal.

Do you need the IT package add-on?

If you do not have a dedicated web developer, IT company, or staff member that helps you set up domain-based emails when a new staff member arrives, you probably need this service. If we get part of the way through setup and require more than 2 1-hour phone calls for setup, we can assist you in purchasing this package to continue setup.
